Job Objective:
This position coordinates the daily receipt and delivery of natural gas with shipper customers and interconnecting counterparties through daily nomination cycles, confirmations, and scheduling activities. Responsibilities include tracking and monitoring gas flows and imbalances using the Harvest scheduling system (TIPS) and pipeline electronic bulletin boards (EBBs), ensuring all commercial pipeline activities are accurately recorded and reconciled for invoicing purposes. This role directly supports pipeline and plant operations within Harvest’s Four Corners area.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
•Accurately nominate, confirm, and monitor daily natural gas receipts and deliveries to interstate pipelines and on intrastate pipelines.
•Proactively manage and minimize imbalances for shippers and operational balancing agreements with downstream pipelines (OBAs).
•Regularly monitor gas flows versus scheduled volumes, promptly addressing discrepancies.
•Act as primary liaison with interconnecting pipelines, producers, and transportation customers to coordinate nominations and scheduling.
•Exchange and verify daily nomination data and contract information with counterparties.
•Monitor pipeline operations, including pressures, flow rates, capacity constraints, and gas quality via SCADA systems.
•Provide direction to gas control on scheduled volumes to enhance operational efficiency.
•Perform detailed analyses of gas pricing, market options, and processing settlements to support strategic decisions.
•Develop and maintain analytical tools (spreadsheets/models) for tracking gas volumes and imbalances.
•Complete ad-hoc analytical projects supporting commercial activities.
•Review and administer terms of natural gas contracts, ensuring compliance with the contract.
•Coordinate closely with production and revenue accounting to resolve billing and invoicing issues.
•Support team members with volume allocations, measurement details, and reconciliations.
•Maintain on-call availability (evenings, weekends, holidays) and provide scheduling support outside standard working hours as required.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•Minimum of five (5) years natural gas scheduling experience required, with at least ten (10) years total experience in the oil and gas industry strongly preferred.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; strong skills in Word and Outlook also necessary.
•Familiarity with Quorum (QPTM or TIPS) scheduling software highly preferred but not required.
•Experience working with major interstate pipeline EBBs (Electronic Bulletin Boards), including EPNG, Transwestern, Northwest Pipeline.
•Experience viewing and interpreting SCADA systems preferred.
•Thorough understanding of pipeline operations, including pressures, flow rates, capacity constraints, and gas quality requirements.
•Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
•Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail and accuracy.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
•Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Education Requirements:
•Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year university or college with a degree in accounting/business or related experience.
