We are hiring immediately for a Fuel Service Sector Manager - a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need.
This person is directly responsible for responsible for delivering P&L with $70M+ in revenue and $16M+ in profit through a matrixed organization, working in collaboration with sales, logistics, and procurement- a critical role in ensuring we partner in the Energy Transition.

What you'll do:
•Provide leadership and direction to a cross-functional stakeholder group that includes sales, logistics (fuel ops), and procurement.
•Team with Sector Leaders and Sector Managers to cultivate a strong pipeline of fuel services opportunities.
•Increase the % of fuel eligible jobs on which we are quoting and winning fuel as an additional revenue opportunity.
•For larger deals, engage directly with sales reps to develop and close fuel services opportunities - could include support to source project-specific pricing from fuel vendors (w/procurement), collaboration with finance on hedging arrangements, etc.
•Refine our fuel services offering to create competitive advantage.
•Identify and drive execution of a broad portfolio of profit improvement opportunities - e.g., reduction of fuel cost, execution of sales campaigns to drive volumes, development of strategic vendor partnerships.
We're experts, which means you'll have the following skills and experience:
•You will have 8 to 12 years of experience in operations and management in the rental or utilities industry.
•Successful track record and experience in leading operational functions driving consistent improvement in key operational metrics.
•Successful experience in financial management against measurable performance standards, leading/managing an Operations Team.
•Proven Customer focus with a strong sense of urgency for creative solutions.
•Experience in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
•Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
