About The Position:

The ideal candidate for the Receptionist / Administrative Assistant position will be an energetic and friendly personality who will be able to perform well in a fast paced office environment. Candidate’s main responsibility will be to manage a busy incoming call route and candidate should feel comfortable answering phones, managing a switchboard, transferring calls and taking messages when necessary. Candidate will also be responsible to meet and greet visitors, type memorandums, file and perform other general office work to assist our various departments and divisions.

What Are We Looking For In Receptionist / Administrative Assistant?

Work Schedule:

This position is Monday - Friday and hours are generally 9AM - 5PM or 10AM -6 PM.
