JOB SUMMARY
A Foreman’s main responsibility is to lead a crew in installing new or replacing underground infrastructure. Waterline experience needed.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

•Lead, manage, accountability
•Subject matter expert on project requirements
•Responsible for monitoring and reporting daily production and reporting hours
•Ensuring production goals are met
•Communicate between clients and company leadership on project status
•Ability to look ahead and prepare proper delivery times of materials and scheduling of subcontractors
•Review all pertaining SOPs with crew members daily
•Ensure all HS&E standards are followed
•Ability to perform all tasks associated with project
•Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to mitigate risk and ensure safety compliance
•Identify training opportunities for crew members to promote career growth
•Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
•Ability to be a team player with a cando attitude
•Demonstrate leadership qualities
•Knowledge of utility infrastructure
•Competent Person Training (provided)
•Withstand the climate yearround
•Insurable Driver’s License
•Pass DOT drugtesting & DOT physical
•Pass criminal background check
•Ability to adhere to safety expectations set by OSHA and client/company standards
•Ability to complete computerbased and handson training once hired
•Willingness to travel out of town if necessary
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
•High school diploma or equivalent
•2 years of Leadership experience, specifically as a Foreman
•3 years of experience in the utility infrastructure industry
•1 year of experience operating in utility infrastructure
•Ability to read blueprints
•Proven track record of completing jobs on time, within budget, with highquality work
•Previously held Operator Qualifications trainings
WORK ENVIROMENT/TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
This position is mostly outside, working in the elements. Occasional office time as necessary. Typical hours are Monday through Friday from 7am to 5/6pm. Some Saturdays may be required. Overtime opportunities may be available. Overtime is classified as anything over 40 hours a week. Travel is dependent on that specific contracted job.
