This position will maintain a safe environment for all employees and contractors. The Measurement Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining entire fields within the SWPA operating area. The primary focus will be on the maintenance of mechanical/electronic gas and liquid measurement on production sites. This position will be located out of the Gas Training Academy near Washington, PA. The selected individual must have solid analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to effectively communicate and work within a group environment. Candidate must be a self-starter and highly organized in order to complete assignments and large-scale projects in a timely manner. The position will also require daily upkeep of all local communication systems. The Measurement Foreman will be responsible for all volumes (gas, condensate and NGL’s) for the wells/facilities that fall within their operating area.
Target Responsibilities:
•Must adhere to CNX’s core values: Responsibility, Ownership and Excellence.
•Maintain daily, weekly and monthly calibration schedule.
•Troubleshoot production communication systems including micro-wave radios, cellular communication systems and SCADA.
•Provide pertinent measurement data to operations personnel.
•Assist supervisor in Sarbanes Oxley monthly reviews.
•Witness third-party calibrations, schedule calibrations and schedule sampling based on internal standards/controls.
•Track expense against LOE for the operational area.
•Supervise contract field personnel and coordinate the installation/maintenance of flow meters, end devices, communications, automation and safety equipment.
•Conduct safety meetings with contract personnel.
•Monitor onsite contractors to ensure they are complying with safety policies and procedures. Must also ensure their compliance with invoicing and contractual obligations.
•Analyze procedures and equipment for safety, costs and efficiency and make recommendations for improvement.
•Strive to decrease production downtime through maintenance and planning.
•Assist with the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Minimum Requirements:
•High School Diploma or equivalent - Engineering or equivalent science degree highly preferred.
•Minimum of one year of oil and gas experience required.
•Must be willing to provide hands-on field support.
•Must be mechanically/electrically inclined and possess sound troubleshooting skills.
•Must be familiar with high pressure equipment.
•Must be safety conscious and committed to conducting oil and gas work in a compliant manner.
•Must have experience with troubleshooting.
•Must have thorough knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
•Familiarity with Cygnet and FlowCal is preferred.
•May require periodic travel (15%).
