- Loves to collaborate with the entire project team and have a voice

-Understands the nuances of luxury construction, particularly the details of adjoining existing and new finishes and meeting challenging details in luxury projects.

-Has a baseline understanding of construction materials, means and methods including plan reading.

- Has basic understanding of construction sequence and scheduling

-Pro-Active Mindset

-Detail Oriented- Must be able to "think in the finish"

Must be proficient in carpentry, including door installation, casing, baseboard, crown, decorative details such as wainscotting, tongue and groove ceilings, custom work.

This is a hybrid role, complete job description based on experience. Daily activities may involve superintendent duties such as meeting with inspectors and subcontractors, ensuring company standards for job site safety and cleanliness are upheld, light duty carpentry, trim carpentry, miscellaneous light construction duties. This role will work closely with the entire project team and company owner on a daily basis to plan and execute all projects. This role has tremendous growth opportunity with an experienced company owner, positioned for growth in luxury building market.
