- Monitor and record well pressures, flow rates, and sand production during flowback operations.
- Operate and troubleshoot BPX surface equipment, including separators, heaters, compressors, and sand knockouts.
- Perform hourly rounds and collect samples (flowline, HP dump, etc.).
- Manage sand knockouts, tanks, ESDs, and flowback iron during rig up/rig down.
- Complete safety system function tests and energy isolations as required.
- Document all readings and activities in daily reports (Excel/email distribution).
- Collaborate with foremen, optimizers, and other BPX teams to address production challenges.
- Maintain a strong safety culture and adhere to all company and client protocols.
- Previous oil & gas operations experience (flowback, production, or similar).
- Strong commitment to safety, with knowledge of post-frac hit mitigation risks.
- Ability to operate and maintain production equipment (wellheads, separators, compressors, treater systems, chemical loops, etc.).
- Familiarity with tools such as Cygnet, Production Viewer, Enbase, PI, GIS, and related electronic systems is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical fieldwork, manage multiple sites, and work outdoors in all conditions.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to ask for guidance/training when needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
