Position Summary:

Responsible for assisting in daily operations and tasks within Global Trip Support. Under general direction, maximize international trip support service and customer relations with new and existing clients, provide superior customer service, and communicate all Global Trip Support products and services to existing and new customers. Responsible for supporting Commercial/Military or Business General Aviation business segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day operations requirements, such as but are not limited to the following:

+ Use of technical knowledge to evaluate and create future operational ATC routings to be flown by customers to ensure the safety of flight + Loading customer-specific aircraft specifications into operational systems + Coordinating and retrieving information to determine potential hazards impacting the safety of flight in determining proper routings. + PPS8 , Air Inc, and/or Navblue
