FLEET ANALYST

We are hiring a Fleet Analyst who will join our team in Englewood, CO. This role uses advanced data analytics, fleet management software, and telematics platforms to present actionable insights that optimize fleet operations and reduce costs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Manage the budget tracking system and run monthly reports for accounting
Monitor fleet performance, aging inventory, rate calculations, and key service metrics
Monitor and analyze fleet data such as fuel consumption, mileage, maintenance costs, driver behavior, and vehicle utilization
Prepare and present performance reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making
Recommend and implement cost-saving strategies and operational improvements based on data insights
Conduct fleet audits
Maintain accurate fleet profiles and data integrity within all fleet management systems
All other duties assigned


KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5 years’ experience as a data analysist required
+ 2+ years of experience in fleet, logistics, or transportation operations preferred + Proficient in Power BI and Excel + Skilled in creating reports, dashboards, and complex Excel-based tools for performance tracking + Familiar with presenting data visualization to fleet team + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills + Excellent communication, report writing, and collaboration skills + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
The physical activity required for this role includes:
Sitting, standing, walking for extended periods in an office environment
Occasionally stooping, climbing, bending and reaching
Manual dexterity for computer use, files and office equipment
Occasionally lifting office equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
