Role Overview
The Service Technician will play a key role in delivering specialized helideck services and training throughout the region. The position requires a strong focus on safety, compliance, and service quality in line with industry standards and client expectations. This hands-on role involves regular travel within the region and occasional international trips for training or overseas assignments.
Primary Responsibilities
Helideck Services
•Conduct helideck inspections and audits in compliance with CAP 437 and other relevant aviation standards. (HSAC / IOGP)
•Perform inspections and certifications of helifuel refueling systems to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
•Install, verify, and conduct basic troubleshooting of Helideck Monitoring Systems (HMS).
•Execute friction testing to assess helideck surface conditions and maintain safety compliance.
•All activities must adhere to applicable industry regulations, client specifications, and company procedures.
Training & Technical Support
•Deliver technical training to clients and partners on helideck safety, refueling systems, and HMS operations.
•Stay up to date with technical standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Commercial and Business Development Support
•Assist the commercial team by preparing quotations and promoting services to existing and prospective clients.
•Support the development and expansion of service offerings through proactive client engagement.
•Identify new opportunities through established customer relationships and help grow the service portfolio.

Qualifications and Experience
•Experience as a Helideck Landing Officer (HLO), Helideck Inspector, or similar role.
•Knowledge of industry practice and related aviation/refueling standards.
•Practical auditing experience with familiarity in audit methodologies and reporting.
•Proficient with microgrip (friction) testing equipment.
•Offshore work experience, including completion of offshore survival training and valid medical certification.
Health, Safety & Environmental Responsibilities
•Promote a safety-first culture by proactively identifying and stopping unsafe practices or conditions.
•Comply with company Standard Operating Procedures and the STOP WORK policy.
