Fleet Mechanic

We’re looking for a hands-on, take-charge professional to keep our fleet of 34 gas-powered service trucks (½-ton to 1-ton) running at peak performance.

What You'll Do

 Perform oil changes, brake and suspension work, A/C diagnostics and repair

 Maintain and install spray and pump systems

 Diagnose issues, scan and resolve engine codes, and handle tune-ups

 Keep spare trucks field-ready and manage maintenance scheduling

 Track service records, manage bench stock, and keep the shop organized

 Coordinate service times with our teams to minimize downtime

 Maintain a sharp eye on efficiency, safety, and operational readiness

You’ll need your own tools — but specialty tools will be provided as needed.

This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for a mechanic with at least 3 years of hands-on experience and a proven track record of getting the job done right.

Preferred Experience:

 Strong knowledge of Ford Super Duty trucks (5.4L, 6.8L, 6.2L, 7.3L gas engines)

 Fabrication and welding skills

Bonus Qualifications (Not Required):

 ASE Certifications

 NIASP Fleet Maintenance Technician Certification

 EPA 609 Certification for A/C work
