Fitter/Welder_Lead

Arcosa Shoring Products, is seeking a 1st shift Fitter/Welder Lead in our Mason, MI plant to meet increased production demands. As a Fitter/Welder Lead you’ll perform regular Fitter/Welder duties in addition to serving as a problem-solving resource for others, as well as train, instruct and direct work activities of employees.

You'll also influence and instruct others' tasks and/or decisions.

You'll monitor and adapt processes and scheduling to accomplish manufacturing goals.

You'll fill in as required so that production goals can be met.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough and complete understanding of the job, company policies and processes, as well as the ability to apply knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of complex tasks.

The Fitter/Welder Lead will operate specialized equipment that requires advanced skills.

You'll perform work that requires independent judgment and resourcefulness or sense of leadership.
