Fire Management Advisor

Become a Fire Management Advisor at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you'll focus on incident response, coordination with first responders, reporting and informing company operations, and enhancing first responder safety through presentations. You will utilize your specialized expertise, technical knowledge, and operational experience to analyze complex and dynamic situations with serious public safety consequences and make recommendations that drive decision-making and operations. Additionally, you will represent SCE during all hazard incidents, embedding in the incident management structure and serving as the SCE Agency Representative. Your role will involve coordinating SCE's response to incidents by providing for the safety of first responders, the public and employees, providing information to manage the bulk power system, and safely gain access approvals for SCE crews to begin restoration work, You will maintain close working relationships with fire and emergency management agencies throughout the service territory and serve as a consultant and subject matter expert on wildfire risk management.
