We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, take ownership of their projects, and apply critical thinking to deliver meaningful insights. They should be responsible, eager to learn, and able to use their financial expertise to interpret data, identify trends, and highlight potential business risks and opportunities.
- Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of employee reimbursements and operational expense requests, ensuring policy compliance, accuracy, and providing insights to support cost control and process improvements.
- Analyze financial data, prepare routine and ad-hoc reports, monitor key indicators to identify trends and issues, and clearly communicate findings and recommendations to management team.
- Perform monthly credit card statement reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Support accurate reporting and reconciliation by applying knowledge of sales and use tax, income tax, and related compliance requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial operations and business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a financial analyst or related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and responsible, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
