The financial analyst will play a critical role in supporting the company by delivering high-quality analysis, reporting, and insights.
- Build and maintain project level forecasts (labor, materials, subcontractors)
- Prepare annual budgets and assist in quarterly forecasting
- Analyze seasonal trends for various departments
- Develop and maintain KPE dashboards for strategic functions
- Monitor WIP (work-in-progress) and ensure timely billing and revenue recognition
- Maintain data in the company's ERP or accounting system (e.g., Prophix, Viewpoint, QuickBooks)
- Assess ROI on new tools, vehicles, and hiring plans
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required
- 3-5 years' experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience in commercial finance and/or supply chain finance within manufacturing, services, or construction preferred
- Familiarity with FP&A transformation concepts defined within the AFP FP$A maturity model preferred
