What You Get to Do:

- Partner with Commercial Affairs, Blending, Finance, HR, and Legal teams to develop annual plans, forecasts, and ad hoc analyses.

- Deliver clear, actionable insights through monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.

- Drive cost management strategies and implement financial best practices across departments.

- Collaborate with cost center owners on budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.

- Train team members on financial systems and processes to strengthen P&L accountability.

What You Bring to the Table:

- Bachelors’ degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration Economics, Technology, Engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university, MBA a plus; will consider a combination of experience and/or education.

- Ideally, 7+ years in finance/accounting, with at least 5 years supporting senior management. Energy or utility industry experience preferred.

- Advanced Excel, PowerBI, Oracle, Planful (or related FP&A application experience); strong analytical and communication skills.

- Self-starter, collaborative, deadline-driven, and adept at presenting complex financial data clearly.
