Field Technician

KEM POWER LLC is looking for a Field Technician with hands-on experience in electrical systems, solar, or energy storage. You will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting transformers across utility-scale and commercial sites nationwide.

Responsibilities:

Install, test, and maintain transformers and related electrical equipment

Diagnose issues and perform repairs on-site

Provide technical support and explanations to clients

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction

Travel across the U.S. up to 85% of the time for project execution

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with transformer or electrical equipment maintenance preferred

Strong practical skills and problem-solving ability

Valid driver’s license

Team-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to outdoor work environments

Open to candidates with solar, electrical, or energy storage backgrounds

Must live within 50 miles of work sites or be willing to relocate
