What You’ll Do: Locate and mark underground gas lines:

you’ll play a critical role in protecting life, limb, and property by correctly locating and marking underground gas lines before excavations of any kind. Your work directly supports environmental safety, ensures compliance with federal and local regulations, and makes a real impact on the community. You’ll spend your day outdoors, locating & marking gas lines, completing reports, communicating with homeowners, and following safety protocols.

Physical demands of the role:

Embrace the elements as you work in the field, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds. It’s physical, rewarding, and keeps you on your toes, no matter what the weather.

Operate advanced equipment:

Use specialized equipment to detect gas lines and help protect lives in your community. Your tools are key to ensuring safety and preventing dangerous situations.

You’ll work in any weather, so if you enjoy fresh air and variety, this is for you!

Physical requirements:

The job requires walking approximately 4 - 7 miles and lifting up to 25lbs.

High school diploma or GED:

You’ve got the basics down!

Valid driver’s license:

You’ll need a safe driving record to get around.

Customer service experience (a plus):

If you enjoy helping others, we want to hear from you!

DOT/Background check:

Due to DOT regulations, a passed DOT drug screen and background check are required for this position.

Schedule

Full-time, daytime hours.

Availability for overtime and some weekends (as needed).
