Dynamix ESG is a rapidly growing project management and engineering company in the energy sector, focusing on underground hydrocarbon storage and the associated wells and surface facilities. We are currently seeking a Field Supervisor to coordinate and lead the work of crews at various well-site locations. This work includes but is not limited to planning for jobs, and executing instructions to the crew based on equipment needed and customer specifications while ensuring all HSE practices are followed.

•Environment ratio: Indoors- 5%, outdoors- 95%.
Requirements:
Expectations/Responsibilities:
•Ability to work on/around/in proximity to energized wells and surface equipment, recognize abnormal and/or unsafe conditions and react appropriately to maintain operational and public safety
•Knowledge of downhole drilling & completions tools.
•Extensive working knowledge of casing types, tubing, hole volume calculations, and well control methods.
•Ability to coordinate, schedule, and execute a wide variety of jobs using sub & third-party contractors not limited to wireline operations, service rigs, cement crews, site construction, and site remediation.
•Must possess the ability to specify tools needed to perform a variety of operations.
•Experience in oilfield operations, not limited to drilling, completions & production.
•Ability to work with other vendors to achieve objectives set forth by the Operator or Company Representative.
•Ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.
•Ability to navigate and use software and applications used by the company to plan jobs, create field tickets and manage workflow.
•Work with management to follow, schedule, and maintain production flow to meet deadlines.
•Be able to conduct tasks with high regard to safety and compliance with all HSE standards and regulations, including site-specific safety training.
•Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
•Must be available for on-call work, including irregular and extended hours on-site sometimes on short notice.
•Must be able to troubleshoot field repairs on equipment.
Education/Experience/Certs:
•High School Diploma (Preferred)
•IADC Oil and Gas Operator Representative (OGOR) via Well Control training (Required)
Physical Requirements:
•Ability to lift up to 50lbs
•Standing, bending, walking, climbing for extended periods on irregular surfaces
•Working in inclement weather for extended periods of time
