Job Summary
Well established property management company in Boulder is seeking an experienced and qualified professional to coordinate the maintenance contractors and vendors. A positive, solution-based attitude is a must for this position. Below are minimum requirements to apply for the Field Supervisor Position.
The ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities at the properties with the maintenance department team. You will ensure all buildings, grounds, and common areas are kept in good condition and adhere to safety regulations and current building codes.
This position is responsible for developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs. This position is 50 percent in the field at properties and 50 percent in the office. Responsibilities include:
•Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the work of maintenance contractors, including scheduling and training.
•Maintenance Operations: Schedule and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and emergency repairs.
•Property Inspections: Regularly inspect properties to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.
•Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure properties are maintained at the highest standard.
•Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs, projects, and remodels.
•Tenant Vendor and Owner Communication: Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
•Strong Organizational Skills: Maintain records of maintenance activities, expenses, timelines, and successful project completion.
•Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and current building codes.
•Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members in maintenance and other departments.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
