Job Summary:

American Home Contractors is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Field Supervisor to oversee exterior remodeling projects, from roofing and siding to windows and gutters. Key Responsibilities:

•

Oversee the daily operations of active job sites for exterior residential remodeling projects.

•

Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections to ensure smooth execution.

•

Conduct pre-construction meetings with trades and ensure all team members understand scope and expectations.

•

Perform on-site quality control and address any issues proactively.

•

Maintain clear documentation, including daily reports, schedules, photos, and communications.

•

Anticipate potential project delays or conflicts and resolve them before they impact delivery.

•

Uphold jobsite cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times.

•

Serve as the liaison between clients, crews, and internal teams to ensure top-tier service.

•

Ensure compliance with all local codes, regulations, and contractual obligations.

•

Travel locally using a company-provided vehicle to monitor and manage job progress.

Required Skills & Experience:

•

3+ years of hands-on experience in exterior remodeling or residential construction.

•

2+ years managing or supervising field teams or subcontractors.

•

Strong understanding of roofing, siding, gutters, and general exterior systems.

•

Experience with construction CRMs and project documentation tools.

•

Ability to manage multiple job sites and shifting priorities.

•

Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

•

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements:

•

Valid and clean driver’s license (travel required).

•

Must pass a background check prior to employment.

•

Able to lift 50 lbs and navigate active construction sites.

•

Must be reliable, team-oriented, and aligned with our values.

•

High School diploma or equivalent required.
