Job Summary
Reporting to the Field Ops Manager, the Marcomp Field Supervisor leads the safe, timely and profitable execution of field-based scopes of work when a Marcomp unit is deployed. The Field Supervisor is also tasked with the direct supervision and mentoring of field personnel deployed on their scopes of work, including 3rd party vendors.
Responsibilities

•Understand how to effectively monitor and guide field workers during jobs.
•Ensure all Job documents are completed on time, correctly and efficiently.
•Assist PMs with job planning and Job procedure creation.
•Ensure the Marcomp units are maintained, and function tested to a high standard and can be rapidly deployed on scopes of work.
•Ensure all relevant Marcomp equipment and consumable parts are loaded and deployed to the job site.
•Ensure all possible issues with current generation units and improvements to future generation units are documented and communicated to Marler leadership team.
•Trouble shoot onsite complications or issues via critical thinking and effective collaboration with Marler and 3rd party SME’s.
•Interact with client representatives and ensure a smooth working relationship.
•Interact with and supervise 3rd party vendors and other interested parties.
Requirements
•Education or Trades related to the mechanical maintenance or gas compression specialist.
•Hold a high level of technical knowledge and related technical experience of pipeline operations and gas compression.
•Hold an intermediate level of knowledge regarding Pipeline pigging and ILI inspections.
•Previous field experience in a Supervisor Role; specifically in a related industry.
•Experience working with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Basics (office)
•Experience working with pipelines, pipeline pigging, and SAP B1 Software (ERP System) and ABADATA are considered assets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $41.50-$44.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
