Job Description

•

Direct communication with company man and consultants. Perform pre-job analysis and develop appropriate plan of action.

•

Mentor and train personnel; Perform regular field audits; Conduct assessments of field staff as needed and review with training manager.

•

Make onsite personnel and equipment related decisions as required; Identify and resolve client needs

•

Identify safety issues, make recommendations to Service Manager, Operations Manager and HSE and perform necessary follow up

•

Direct and oversee Service Technician daily work activities

You are meant for this job if:

•

Solid knowledge and understanding of oil field and Surface FTS and Flow testing

•

Minimum 5 years SW and FER experience

•

3 or more years preferred in a supervisory role

•

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet each project deadline

•

Possess a valid driver license with acceptable motor vehicle record

•

Able to work a flexible and lengthy schedule

•

Able to work proficiently in all weather conditions

•

Expert knowledge of all FTS and Flow testing, principles and processes

•

High pressure and sour wells, company policies and procedures, Incident Management, all local and federal laws as they relate to the SW and FER Operations
