Position Overview:
TradeWind is seeking a highly qualified Field Work Supervisors / Superintendents to support various Department of Energy (DOE) projects. This position will be responsible for overseeing daily field activities, ensuring safe and compliant execution of work, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and maintaining schedule and quality performance on an active DOE site.
Key Responsibilities:
•Serve as the on-site supervisor for construction, maintenance, or operational field activities.
•Ensure all field work is performed safely, in compliance with DOE and site-specific regulations, procedures, and policies.
•Coordinate and communicate daily work plans with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, craft labor, and DOE representatives.
•Conduct pre-job briefings, field observations, and ensure implementation of work control documents.
•Monitor field progress, identify potential issues or delays, and provide timely resolutions to maintain schedule integrity.
•Manage and inspect work for quality assurance and adherence to contract specifications and drawings.
•Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation of field activities.
•Participate in work planning, readiness reviews, and lessons learned meetings.
•Support corrective action implementation, conduct incident investigations, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Previous experience supporting DOE environmental cleanup, nuclear, or capital construction projects.
•Knowledge of Conduct of Operations, Integrated Safety Management (ISM), and DOE Order 413.3B.
•OSHA 30 or DOE equivalent safety training.
•Experience with field work planning software or project management systems
Salary and Benefits Information:
Expected Salary Range: $125k - $200k / year (depending on experience)
