Are you a hands-on technician with experience in Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and Variable Speed Drives (VSD)? We’re looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team and help drive operational excellence in the fiel

d.🔧 What You’ll

Do• Install, pull, and maintain ESP systems in the fiel

d.• Perform pre-commissioning checks and ensure smooth start-up of ESP/VSD equipmen

t.• Troubleshoot and optimize ESP performance to maximize well productivit

y.• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver top-tier servic

e.• Complete job documentation and service tickets within 24 hours of task completio

n.• Promote and enforce safety standards at all time

ng• 1+ year of field service experience with ESP system

s.• Strong mechanical/electrical backgroun

d.• Experience with VSD start-up and troubleshootin

g.• High school diploma (or equivalent

).• Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently in remote location

s.• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skill

s.• Basic computer proficiency and a high attention to detail
