Product Line Scheduling and Competency Specialist - (Upstream Chemicals)
As a Product Line Scheduling and Competency Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the mentorship, development, and competencies of your team while coordinating and communicating with service delivery regarding resource plans, forecasting, and assignments. Your continued analysis of activity and compliance demands of personnel to maintain policy compliance. Regular involvement with your employees in front of the customer to ensure employee development, progression, and trainings are meeting both the organizational and customer needs. Ensures our field facing workforce is competent but also places personnel appropriately to meet P/L needs.
Responsibilities, Authorities, And Accountabilities
- Prepare personnel resource plan, forecast, and assignments.
- Continuous analysis of activity and competence demands of personnel - short, mid, and long term.
- Monitor and optimize utilization and effective deployment of field personnel.
- Coordinate personnel with the Service Delivery Coordinator and service delivery technical team based on job technical requirements, customer requirements.
- Support your teams in customer facing activities to monitor competence, development, and progression. Utilize these interactions to ensure training requirements and compliance is in place for all field personnel.
- Close communication and coordination with Service Delivery Coordinators and Personnel Logistics teams to ensure competent personnel to the customer worksite.
- Coordinate training and competence assessment for field personnel.
- Defines requirements and manages Contingent Workforce providers.
- Facilities x-PL / x- Segment personnel training, utilization, and optimization.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
- Minimum of 1-3 additional years of experience in Resource Management.
- 1-3 years’ experience working as a Service Coordinator is preferred.
- Prior Field experience is required.
- Previous assessor / RRC preferred.
- Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Capability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Proven analytical and organizational ability.

The annual pay scale for this position is between $97,400.00 - $177,400.00.
Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above.
