Position Overview
As a Field Sales Representative, you will represent Sunly in the field by conducting face-to-face outreach, engaging with potential customers at their homes and offices, and generating sales through direct in-person engagement and lead follow-up.
This role is ideal for energetic, self-motivated individuals who thrive in a people-facing, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
•Generate sales by visiting prospective clients at their homes and businesses to promote solar energy solutions.
•Explain the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and applicable incentives or rebates.
•Book or close on-the-spot solar consultations using a tablet and Sunly's CRM platform.
•Accurately log visit outcomes and lead information in the CRM system.
•Handle objections professionally and follow up consistently with potential customers.
•Attend virtual team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
•Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as assigned.
•Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
Minimum Requirements
•A criminal record check is required.
•Valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s abstract.
•Willingness and availability to work evenings and weekends.
•Previous sales experience is a strong asset.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•Excellent persuasion and sales conversion abilities.
•Previous experience in the renewable energy or sustainability sector is an advantage.
