As part of our ongoing commitment to operational excellence, we are seeking a dependable Field Operations Administrator for Customer Service to join our team and play a crucial role in our Field Operations department.

- Responsible for daily processing of all applications and closing account forms from the online portal, mail, or walk-in clients.
- Answer and handle all incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Review and release bills for all service areas on the assigned schedule.
- Research accounts and compile paperwork for deposit refunds and collection requests.
- Monitor delinquent accounts and process communications as needed before the disconnect order.
- Apply system adjustments as necessary.
- Monitor the billing inquiry mailbox and distribute requests to the appropriate person.
- Payment coordinator and other roles, as assigned.
- Receives, evaluates, and answers customer inquiries (phone or correspondence) in a courteous, professional, and timely manner.
One year of experience working in an operations role, performing administrative support functions, is preferred. ERP experience is desirable (SAP - SM, DD, MM, CRM modules preferred).
