Specializing in residential installation across the US, we have built a robust, nationwide lead generation program to allow for a smooth transition into solar for newcomers and a lucrative position for salespeople whose skillsets lend best toward this crucial first step in the sales process. Leveraging Partnerships with Tesla and other well-known brands, most Teams right now are seeking experienced closers or lead generation representatives to continue to pour the gas on the fire of the thriving, high quality solar programs in their area. Responsibilities
•Lead and supervise canvassing teams in door-to-door outreach efforts.
•Manage and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly incentive programs
•Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies to engage potential prospects.
•Train team members on best practices in customer service and communication techniques.
•Conduct market research to identify target areas and optimize canvassing routes.
•Negotiate partnerships with local organizations for recruitment opportunities.
•Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance effectiveness.
•Coordinate company scheduled appointment attendance to complement door-to-door campaigns.
•Maintain accurate records of canvassing activities and report on progress regularly.
•Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and motivation.
Requirements
•Proven experience in supervising teams, preferably in a canvassing or fundraising environment.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences.
•Experience in telemarketing or customer service is highly desirable.
•Ability to negotiate effectively with potential partners and stakeholders.
•Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance outreach capabilities.
•Familiarity with electioneering processes or door-to-door campaigning is a plus.
•A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
•Passion for community engagement and a commitment to achieving organizational goals.
What we look for:
•Prior experience in direct sales or related role: Solar, Pest control, TV, Mortgages ,or Home automation/Security system sales experience is a plus, but not necessary
•Excellent communication skills
•Strong work ethic and positive attitude
•Experience with commission-based compensation packages
•Knowledge of CRM platforms & overall technical competency is a plus
•Eagerness to grow and take part in a cutting-edge industry
•Ability to create positive and lasting relationships with customers
