Proven experience in carpentry or related fields is preferred.

Job Summary Powerhouse, in collaboration with Amarok — a leader in perimeter security solutions — is seeking dependable and hardworking laborers to assist with the installation of security fencing and perimeter barriers. This role involves physical labor, use of hand and power tools, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Candidates must be safety-conscious, reliable, and capable of working as part of a team on high-priority infrastructure projects.
· Assist in the installation of high-security fencing, including electric deterrent fencing, chain-link, or other barrier types.
· Dig and set fence posts, secure fence panels, and stretch wire or mesh fencing according to site plans.
· Operate hand tools and power tools such as augers, drills, grinders, and post drivers.
· Follow safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a secure job site.
· Load, unload, and transport materials to and from the job site.
· Work collaboratively with team members and Amarok site supervisors to meet project timelines and quality standards.
· Perform site cleanup and equipment maintenance as directed.
· Prior experience in fencing, construction, or general labor preferred but not required.
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform strenuous physical labor throughout the workday.
· Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects as needed.
· Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Must pass a background check and drug screening if required by Amarok or client standards.
· Basic understanding of construction drawings and site layouts.
· Experience with concrete mixing and post setting.
· Electrical safety awareness (especially for electric perimeter fencing systems).
· Outdoor work environment; exposure to weather, uneven terrain, and construction hazards.
· The work schedule may include overtime or weekends based on project deadlines.
