Howdy Fence Technician Job Responsibilities

- Maintains great relationships with coworkers.

- Executes short- and long-term expectations onsite installing fence to stay on task and on budget.

- Follows direction of Fence Foreman while providing feedback to operation to ensure outcomes are effective and efficient.

- Contributes to the Howdy team effort by accomplishing task and objectives with related results and outcomes as needed.

- Maintain equipment to ensure equipment is in good working order.

- Maintain work site so it is clean and safe.

- Capacity to operate basic construction equipment including, but not limited to, skid steer.

- Pick up and deliver materials as needed.

Howdy Fence Technician Expectations

- Fence Technician is a full-time hourly position.

- Minimum workday consists of Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM; however, employee work needs will flex throughout the week to include evenings and weekends as needed especially during weeks where work happens on customer site.

- Travel required as needed, up to 100%

Howdy Fence Technician Qualifications/Skills

- Create and maintain good working relationships.

- Able to develop and execute goals.

- Clean driving record.

- Must pass drug test.

- Ability to work outside in different temperatures and execute manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and moving heavy machines.

- Proven working experience in construction, maintenance and working with heavy equipment, particularly within the industry.

- Proven working experience that shows safety as a priority.

- Demonstrable experience in being a great team member.

- Pay is commensurate to experience.

- Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour/ $30 Per Day Per Diem (while traveling)
