Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Facilities Technician with HVAC experience to join our team! As a Facilities HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in our facility. Your primary goal is to ensure that the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems function efficiently to create a comfortable and safe environment for all employees.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Main Responsibility: HVAC

o Install and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in facilities.

o Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.

o Conduct routine inspections and tests to identify and resolve system issues.

o Monitor and adjust system components for optimal performance.

o Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment specifications, and modifications.

o Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.

o Diagnose and repair HVAC system failures efficiently.

• Carpentry

Position Requirements:

• HS Diploma required

• Ability to lift up heavy objects

• Must be able to lift over 50 pounds.

• Must be able to be on feet for long periods of time.

• Must be available for building emergencies.

• Ability to follow directions and procedures

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to work well in a team environment
