What You’ll Do

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you’ll take on a wide range of construction and maintenance projects that keep our facilities in top shape, including:

- Performing general building maintenance and construction tasks.

- Framing walls with both metal and wood studs.

- Installing and finishing drywall with texture and paint.

- Building and installing cabinetry, trim, and laminates.

- Interior and exterior painting to maintain a professional appearance.

- Performing demolition work and remodeling tasks.

- Installing and repairing ceiling grid systems, doors, and hardware.

- Maintaining metal building roofing and siding.

- Troubleshooting and repairing facility systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and alarms.

- Reading and interpreting construction drawings to plan, estimate, and execute projects.

- Coordinating with and supervising subcontractors when needed.

- Ensuring safety compliance by working in accordance with OSHA Construction Standards.

- Organizing, planning, and completing assigned projects on schedule.

- Taking on additional duties as assigned to support the team.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a versatile, motivated professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for hands-on work. The ideal candidate will have:

- A high school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred).

- Proficiency in multiple construction trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).

- Mechanical aptitude and prior maintenance experience (preferred).

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and use math skills for measurements and estimates.

- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal form.

- Reliability – consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.

- A self-driven, motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
