Fabricator

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with various materials and tools to create high-quality products. As a Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that all components are fabricated according to specifications and industry standards.

Duties

- Fabricate components and assemblies according to blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

- Operate various power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials.

- Perform machining tasks as required, including pipe threading and other precision work.

- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards throughout the fabrication process.

- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.

- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve fabrication processes.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex schematics.

- Proficiency in FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) techniques.

- Experience with machining processes and equipment.

- Familiarity with various power tools and hand tools used in fabrication.

- Ability to perform pipe threading accurately and efficiently.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
