Alexandria, MN - C shift (Thursday, 12:30p-6:30p Friday-Sunday, 6:30a-6:30p)

This position is responsible for directly overseeing and supporting the employees in the Fabrication department. This position will work towards maximizing safety, quality, performance, and maintain the culture while in alignment with the company’s values and servant leadership principles.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

+ Associates degree in Machine Tool or other related program preferred + 2+ years of manufacturing experience required + 1+ years of leadership experience preferred + Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) + Ability to recognize safety concerns + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Ability to provide strong servant leadership to support team members + Ability to take part in continuous education and training + Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in every situation + Strong knowledge and understanding of all key department operations + Knowledgeable in companywide computer systems and programs + Ability to utilize the proper inspection equipment per designated cell area + Work flexible hours, overtime and on-call + Ability to lead and influence others + Blueprint reading + Strong math skills + Ability to detect minor defects in the finish of the product + Ability to read die drawings and inspect parts according to customer specifications
