Position Hours: FULLTIME 1st shift: Sunday, Monday and Tuesday 6 AM - 6 PM and then Wednesday 6 AM - 12 PM. Position Wage: Hourly rate dependent on experience. Starting at $24 per hour. Company Benefits:

For more information, please visit our website: www.thermtech.net Job Description: The Shift Lead is responsible for ensuring the plant is being run efficiently and safely by ensuring schedules are being met for customers, personnel are properly trained, assisting with production when needed, keeping proper documentation amp; records, ensuring proper safety equipment amp; protocol are being utilized, amp; overall keeping the shop morale high. Being able to not only oversee but being proactive by assisting team members to accomplish the day’s goals will be crucial.

Principle Duties amp; Responsibilities: Production

Document amp; report all equipment issues to Plant Manager *

Team Development amp; Training

Monthly goal assessments of all ThermTech employees in collaboration with shift foreman

Leadership

Provide constructive recommendations for overall improvements in safety, quality amp; productivity standards of performance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

All hires are contingent upon a 9-panel hair follicle drug test amp; background check.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience:

2+ years in heat treating amp; prior management/leadership
