Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Tech and or Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and industrial electrical work, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols. This role involves working on Edwards F/A Systems, VESDA Sytems, installing both EMT and PVC conduit, reading blueprints, and ensuring that all installations meet local codes and standards. Right now, we're trying to work 5-10's. It will return to 40 hours a week. There are occasions where you will be asked to work late and some weekends. We are flexable there. Everyone has a life and we understand that.

Duties

•

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.

•

Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of electrical systems.

•

Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues.

•

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and codes while working on-site.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience as a commercial electrician or industrial electrician.

•

Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding electrical schematics.

•

Familiarity with low voltage systems.

•

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•

Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

•

Valid electrician's license or certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
