Experienced HVAC Installer / Service Technician

We are a family owned & operated HVAC company that has been in business since 1936. We are looking to hire 2-4 experienced & reliable lead HVAC installers & service technicians. A valid driver's license is mandatory. Applicants will preferably have at least 3 years of field experience in HVAC. This does not include any school programs, 3 years of actual field experience is preferred. Installers work Monday - Friday, from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, while service technicians work Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm. We have one main office that you will come to every morning to punch in & every afternoon to punch out, but our job sites are primarily throughout Macomb & Oakland counties. We will provide a work vehicle for you to drive to the jobsite(s).

Great benefits are available after 90 days including: health insurance (including medical & dental. There are optional coverages such as vision & STD/LTD similar to Aflac), and your starting pay is negotiable. After 1 year of employment, you receive vacation time to use however you like. The following holidays are paid: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas. You will receive a tool allowance to purchase tools through the company after your 1 year anniversary. We also have a retirement plan in place to help plan for your future which you can begin contributing to after your 90 days. Uniform pants are provided and paid for by us as well.
