Position: HVAC Service Technician
We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. You’ll work independently, interact directly with customers, and help ensure every job is done right the first time.
Responsibilities:
•
Troubleshoot, service, and repair HVAC systems (gas/electric furnaces, heat pumps, A/C units)
•
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
•
Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions
•
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
•
Ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently
•
Uphold company standards of professionalism and customer service
Requirements:
•
Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience
•
Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, electrical components, and refrigerant systems
•
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
•
Excellent communication and customer service skills
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
