Experienced HVAC Install and or Service Technician

We are a Small Size HVAC company seeking to add a member to our team. If you are looking for a company that will treat you like a valuable asset to operation rather than just another number, we are the company for you! We are looking for an experienced service and or install technician to help with our customer base.

This position would offer a company van, health insurance, paid time off, 401k plan, PEU training, trade school training, and the ability to grow with our team/company. The ideal candidate will be able to run calls independently and require minimal supervision.

Hours are flexible. If you prefer (4) 10 hour days, or (5) 8 hour days, late/early start, certain days of the week we are very open to discussion. We prefer to let you manage your own schedule as much as reasonable. Once you perform a diagnosis, customer is instructed to communicate with office for pricing/scheduling from there. Office staff orders parts for you, works up repair prices, communicates pricing and scheduling with customer for you.
