EXPERIENCED CNC MACHINIST/PROGRAMMER (1st Shift-4/10hr Days)

Job Opportunity: Experienced CNC Machinist

Fulton Technology Corp is seeking skilled and experienced CNC Machinists to join our team. We are looking for professionals who are confident in setting up and operating 3- and 4-axis CNC Vertical Machining Centers and Lathes. Candidates must be skilled enough to be self-sufficient, reliable, and capable of ensuring the quality of their work without supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program, set up, operate, and inspect CNC mills and lathes to produce tight tolerance parts

- Read and interpret detailed technical drawings and blueprints

- Ensure high-quality production by using measurement and inspection tools effectively

- Streamline processes to improve productivity and maintain accuracy

- Handle materials with a strong understanding of their properties and characteristics

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in a high-precision machining environment

- Proficiency in programming, setup, and operation of CNC Vertical Mills and Lathes

- Strong familiarity with Fanuc controls (highly preferred)

- Knowledge of shop math and material properties

- Skilled in using CAM software and inspection tools

- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently with minimal oversight

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Work Hours:

- Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)

- Occasional Fridays may be required
