Description:
We are hiring a Bilingual Safety Manager for our busy oilfield fabrication facility in Corpus Christi, TX. With 70+ employees on- site, we're looking for a strong leader fluent in Spanish and English who can take charge of safety compliance, training and culutre in a heavy industrial setting.
Responsibilities:
•
Lead and enforce all OSHA-compliant safety protocols
•
Conduct audits, incident investigations, and root cause analysis
•
Provide bilingual safety training ( Spanish/English) for employees
•
Ensure documentation, safety logs, and reporting are up to date and current
•
Collaborate with supervisors and leadership on continuous improvement initiative
Requirements:
•
5+ years of safety management experience in oilfield or industrial fabrication
•
Fluent in Spanish and English ( both spoken and written)
•

Knowledge of OSHA regulations and Texas workplace safety laws
