Hourly Wage: $17 to $21 per hour based on experience

Our CEO leads both organizations and is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to help manage the fast-paced and dynamic responsibilities that come with overseeing multiple businesses.
We are looking for a sharp, reliable, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of Double A Inspections and Stronghold Security Services. In this high-impact role, you will act as a key partner, ensuring the CEO’s time, communication, and priorities are effectively managed across both companies. This role also requires exceptional organizational skills, financial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll handle scheduling, correspondence, travel, and project workflows, while also supporting bookkeeping, accounting, and records management tasks. You’ll also be serving as a central point of contact between the CEO and various internal and external Team Members.
- Manage and prioritize a complex calendar across both businesses
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and travel arrangements
- Handle email correspondence and flag critical items for the CEO’s attention
- Prepare and organize presentations, reports, and meeting agendas
- Track progress on key initiatives and follow up on action items
- Serve as a liaison with clients, partners, and staff across both companies
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with occasional personal tasks to help optimize the CEO’s productivity- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Proven ability to support high-level executives—ideally across multiple business entities
- Strong background in bookkeeping, records management, and accounting.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, and/or Human Resource Management.
- Hands-on experience directly assisting a founder/CEO in overseeing multiple tasks and ventures.
- Background in industries like inspections, construction, or security
- Proficient using tools like Teams, Zoom, or CRM systems
- Familiarity with Apple devices and systems, and ability to learn.
