As our team continues to grow, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to help assist the C-level executives with reporting and decision making based off of trends in the organization.


Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to the Managing Partners. This person will be responsible for ensuring that the partners are provided with the most up to date information regarding the health of the business, assist with financial reporting, and general happenings with the team. 

You will lead the analysis of various data sets, uncover trends, and deliver actionable insights that impact operational efficiency and financial performance of the company.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with data analytics, and takes ownership of projects and responsibilities from start to finish.

This is a

hybrid remote role

with 1 to 2 days per week required in the office.


How you will make an impact:

- Help identify business obstacles (through analysis) and produce actionable solutions

- Perform thorough data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs.

- Utilize advanced Excel functionality (formulas, pivot tables, data models, automation) to support reporting and analysis requirements.

- Present findings and recommendations in a clear, structured, and professional manner.

- Engage in continuous improvement projects around automating data gathering and reporting

- Help complete ad-hoc projects and reports for team and cross functional groups as required


Skills and Experience You Have:

- 1+ years of executive assistant, office management, or operations experience

- Exceptional organizational and project management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities

- Tech-savvy; proficient with Google Workspace, CRM systems, Microsoft Excel

- Proactive problem solver with a “figure it out” mindset

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure

- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail


Compensation:

- Competitive salary $56,000 - $65,000 base (commensurate with experience)
