The Executive Administrative Assistant position is pivotal in providing comprehensive support to the Vice Presidents of Renewable Operations Integration and Engineering Operations & Support Services. This role demands proactive management of complex calendars, coordination of large-scale meetings and events, preparation of executive-level presentations, and engaging communication with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing shifting priorities with organizational agility, and exhibits a forward-thinking, solution-oriented mindset. They will collaborate closely with administrative peers, offer support to other executives when necessary, and demonstrate discretion, professionalism, and independent judgment.
