The opportunity

As part of the Customer Success Organization (CSO) you will be tasked with successfully implementing Hitachi Energy’s software solutions. You will help drive customer satisfaction while ensuring best practices are followed in a bold, fast-paced, innovative, and values-driven environment. Ability to demonstrate a high level of understanding of business processes, project life cycle and implementing software solutions within the energy market is required.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant in our Energy Portfolio Management (EPM) organization with experience in implementing software in the energy market, ideal candidate would have a working knowledge around power, natural gas, renewables, and emissions products. An understanding of the deal life cycle from the front office, risk management, logistics, and back-office would be an advantage.
