Are you ready to drive the future of energy trading? We are opening a new office in New York and are looking for an ETRM Senior Lead Business Analyst with the ability and desire to work and take the lead in a fast-moving trading environment to help the ETRM landscape get ahead of industry benchmarks. You'll leverage your exceptional client-facing skills and proven track record in project delivery to propose and develop innovative technology solutions. You'll lead high-performing teams, manage strategic decisions, and ensure our systems are cost-effective and competitive. Salary range for this position: $160,000 - $225,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, business needs and market demands. This role may also be eligible for bonus compensation and employee benefits.

Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll translate business needs into impactful systems and tools. Your insights will help ensure seamless communication and informed decision-making across the organization.
