Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Estimator role located in Atlanta, GA. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, conducting cost estimates, collaborating with project teams, and preparing bids and proposals. The Estimator will also contribute to the development and implementation of pricing strategies.

Qualifications

- Experience in project cost estimation and analysis

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills

- Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams

- Proficiency in construction estimating software

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

- Knowledge of sustainable construction practices is a plus

- Professional certifications in estimating or project management are beneficial
