Estimating Manager

The Level 1 Pre-Construction Manager can work independently on the pre-construction team. This individual builds estimates from leads generated by Business Development and turns them into contracts. This position requires reading plans and specs, creating preliminary drawings, building project budgets, building preliminary schedules and working closely with owners and subcontractors.
