Erosion Control Crew Leader

Southwest Erosion Control, Inc. is searching for dependable candidates for this leadership position. Crew Leaders manage and work alongside a small group of erosion control installers to fulfill daily projects.

Experience operating small construction equipment is a plus. Driving and criminal records checks are part of our hiring process, as well as a pre-employment drug screen. We do not hold the first week's pay!

Hourly wage is TBD based on your fit for the position. We offer health insurance and holiday pay. Crew leaders are eligible to earn quarterly bonuses.
